Excellent central location. Quiet and peaceful. The room was a little bit small but it was nicely designed. The staff were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast but it did look great. Would recommend.

All staff was kind and respectful. They were flexible and the room service was nice! The food tasted great for a relatively small price and the bar was amazing. They could make any niche drink you’d want by heart and have a great selection of beers. Wifi works well too! The spa is relaxing and soothing. They have cooled water with mint to drink after your sauna, it smells great and the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. It’s also the perfect depth: Being submerged until your shoulders while standing. Their system of booking a time slot is so there are never more than 12 people in the spa, however when there are less than 12 people that booked a slot, you can stay whenever you’d like and come and go. It’s also a good system to check when it’s likely that there are less people!

The inside of the building is nice, clean, fancy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is not very large, but really well maintained and with high-quality products. At peak moments, there is not enough room to seat everyone for breakfast, though. Overall a very good experience, in a nice city - we did not expect Nancy to be so large and offer so many attractions. We will be back, and probably in the same hotel. Parking in a public car park at 200m was convenient - we were afraid that this car park would be full between Xmas and New Year, but in fact there was plenty of space.

The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The design of the room and the whole hotel is simply brilliant! I enjoyed completely all premises of the hotel! The wifi was quick, the staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic, in the very centre, with the famous Excelsior Restaurant in 3 minutes walk, and all sightseeing very close. Really brilliant hotel, we will be happy to go back again!

The hotel was located in the centre of the city, and made it central to everything we wanted to do. The Hotel was modern, had lovely decor, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area downstairs was quaint and the breakfast food was really nice to start off our day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Nicely located, we loved the decoration and style of this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, well thought, nice colors. Nice bathroom with "Cinq monde" products. Breakfast is really nice, and the Spa is great. Not too many people can go to the Spa at same time, so looks rather exclusive. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Fantastic breakfast buffet (wide selection, fresh). An easy walk to railway station and to sights in Nancy. Very good Italian restaurant nearby. Nice spa and pool. Clean, functional and quiet room with good AC on a very hot day.

Fabulous facility with everything you could want. Great staff super room and breakfast. Amazing spa and pool. Close to a marvellous restaurant called the Excelsior. Art Nouveau interior and well worth a visit.

Everything was perfect: staff, breakfast, roof top bar, spa (with sauna, hammam, swimming pool and skin care treatments such as kobido). The room was small but modern and clean. The location, near the train station and in the city centrer was perfect.
